Dr. Su-Anne M. Hammond, DO

Born and raised in Maine, I am a “true Mainer” and a board-certified family medicine physician with over twenty years of experience caring for families in Southern Maine.

I earned my medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a rotating internship at Mercy Hospital. I went on to finish a family medicine residency through UNECOM and Southern Maine Medical Center. As an osteopathic physician, I have always prioritized treating the whole person with a focus on preventive care. I am passionate about educating my patients and assisting families through the intricacies of all the stages of life.

Beyond medicine, I enjoy spending time with my family. With my husband Andy, we raised our four children in Windham and have spent countless hours on fields, ice and courts coaching and cheering them on through their many endeavors. In rare moments of downtime, you might find me engrossed in a book or crocheting something fun.
